If you have decided to book with me go ahead and hit that ‘Book Me’ button ! This will direct you to a form you’ll fill out and submit. This form is necessary as you’ll provide me with essential details for your wedding day and will select a package. For the entire process I will utilize this form to reference back to. Make sure addresses and phone numbers are correct! Once it is submitted to me I will email you an invoice and contract for you to sign! The signing and reviewing of these is quite easy!

Second …
Once your contract is signed and you have paid you will be officially on the books! While I know you have a ton of planning left to do or might not remember, don’t worry! I will send you an email reminding you of the due payment. If you would like to review a copy of my contract click here. It is very detailed and clear!

Your wedding is almost here! But you haven’t heard from me. Don’t worry! I will email you within 30 days of your wedding and a week prior to your wedding to confirm all the details are correct. But when will you specify what pictures you want for your shot list? What if your great aunt hates photogs?! Don’t worry! If you need to review what shots are normally included in your shot list you can review that here. I will only need to know if you need a photo with your girls from college or maybe an aunt or special friend who is traveling from out of town. Other than that there are many images that may not be listed but are of course included like walking down the aisle and first kiss. And your aunt?! Pshht… I’m GREAT with people! No need to worry!
At this point I will need a rough draft of your timeline so I can ensure we have ample time for family formals and couple portraits. You can utilize my form and submit or create your own but I highly suggest you use this one. To utilize my form click here. If you are working with a planner she will take care of this for you. Your wedding day is finally here! On this day you have absolutely nothing to worry! All I need you to do is to have an amazing time with your love.
The only things I need from you are below.
•Have a great time! Pictures do not lie, so don’t stress!
•Clutter free getting ready area have groomsmen and bridesmaids try to keep it neat for great pictures!
•Have details in two boxes ready to go for Bride/Groom have Rings, Invitation Suite, Jewelry, Shoes, Vows, Belt, Cuff Links, Tie, Watch, Perfume, and anything special that will help me tell your story. Like a bible or passports if you guys travel!
•Ask your florist for some extra florals for detail pictures. Have her leave them in your getting ready room!
•Please have pastor/priest/officiant remind family to stay at ceremony area for family portraits after ceremony.

Now what? You will receive sneak peaks the next day! YES next day! Don’t expect to have all of your images but definitely some very cute ones for you to share and post online! These will be delivered to you via email and online gallery! I will also send you some via Facebook and instagram for easy online sharing all I ask is that you please link my socials to your images as a form of providing photo credit. So make sure you follow me and let me know it’s you! Click the links below!
After this I will be retouching every single image of yours for a week. Yes you will have all your images in ONE WEEK! I normally take about 100 images per hour at weddings if you have me booked for 8 hours that’s 800 images or more. If you wedding has special events, dances, or surprises you might end up with 800-1,200 images. Yep! That’s a lot! But I will get those to you in 7 days!
Click here to see an example of a gallery you will receive and how to download.Please note you will enter your email and provided four digit PIN to download. Your images should be downloaded immediately after you receive them! Also make sure you utilize the images I send you via social media for social media or download web sized images.
Once I deliver this to you expect to receive any additional products like Albums or USB drives to be sent out 6 weeks post delivery of your images.
